I was just infected (again) with “Certified Toolbar” and it did not show up in any of the usual locations!
I tried the procedures published on the internet and none worked. Then I tried using a “free” program to remove it. The AV software claimed to have found the malware, but then wanted me to pay $29.95 for its removal!!
I am very frustrated Any suggestions?
