  1. i cant delete it on the chrome browsers as it says it was put on by the administrator and so there is no way to delete it

  2. None of the above options work for me, there is no program on my computer called cleanserp to remove. There is no extension in chrome called cleanserp. But there it is in manage search engines and I can’t remove it. Malwarebytes didn’t find it, but spyhunter did, but spyhunter wants you to pay to remove it. Any other ideas?

    I only had to run the .BAT file and the link was gone in my browser.
