  1. Hi great article I have done EVERYTHING, but I just can’t seem to remove from property shortcuts. I don’t know what to do. It tells me that I don’t have access to change shortcut but I do have set up were I’m the admin to my PC yet I cannot get rid of it which is causing the programs (FireFox, Chrome & IE) to start w/Index of file///C:/ (I.E. Index of file:///C:/PROGRA~2/MOZILL~1/)
    would you be so kind to help me??
