    • Conni! you can follow all the above 3 instructions depending on your browser type ,however, If your browser is Mozilla Firefox, click tools then select extensions not add-ons!

  3. I have uninstalled Firefox completely. On Google Chrome and IE snap.do is still there, although I have removed it from my programs. It is driving me crazy….Help would be appreciated, thanks!

  4. In Chrome, snap.do does not appear in the list of extensions (this is also true of other troublesome extensions), so the method given for getting rid of it does not work. The only solution I could find was uninstalling Chrome. Snap.do can be removed from other browsers and from the programs on your computer (using Control Panel), but there seems to be no way of eliminating it in Chrome.

    • go to ASK.COM Type in Remove Snap Do. Scroll down to red highlighted Explore Answers About section. Look for IE/FF/Chrome reference. (provided by anvisoft.com). These instructions work to permanently remove Snap.do. Some restarts may have to be done to achieve instructions.
