What is Search Manager

Search Manager is a browser-hijacking application that comes silently along with other freeware programs. Once installed, it starts to modify system and browser settings to protect itself from removal as well as to set a new browser’s homepage. Although, at first sight, it might appear very useful to the user, do not be surprised to see unwanted and intrusive advertisements on the device. This app brings only the content that brings money. We have nothing against advertising but the one the virus displays cannot be called harmless. In most cases, trying to revert your browser’s settings back is a waste of time since first of all you should eliminate malware that is responsible for Search Manager appearance. You can do that manually by following the instructions below or run a full system scan with Norton Antivirus.
