What is AccessibilityMethod?

If you suddenly noticed a magnifying glass icon called AccessibilityMethod in Applications, you have malware installed on your device. This app hijacks the settings of Safari, Google Chrome, or Mozilla so that a user is forced to carry out all searches via a new custom search engine. Moreover, it reassigns all settings back if you want to change them manually. Removing manually AccessibilityMethod app by dragging it to the trash is not a solution, because the malware has the ability to reinstall itself. This app is designed for one thing only – boost advertising revenue by promoting 3-rd party products. It will fill your system with a huge amount of diverse advertising (pop-ups, video/audio ads, coupons, best deals, etc.) as well as constant redirects to affiliate websites. Such behavior not only slows down the browser you use but also puts your system at risk as there is no guarantee that all links provided by this PUP are safe. The only way to get rid of this is to completely remove AccessibilityMethod from your device.
