How is Alot Toolbar installed on your PC?

Alot is suspected to secretly install itself and gather information about PC user’s browsing habits and transfer this information to its developers. The add-on also changes user’s homepage without asking permission. Besides, if you try searching something on its website, Alot will not provide much useful information – since the application is free, the developers earn money by presenting the users with mostly advertisements. You need to uninstall the application as soon as possible.
