What is Conduit Toolbar?

The Conduit Toolbar is a search toolbar that searches for pictures, videos and various services on the Internet. It may be installed on your PC together with certain programs like uTorrent. The only action that you can do to change the situation is to remove Conduit Toolbar with its search and homepage settings. To remove Conduit Toolbar first uninstall it from Control Panel, then delete files and regkeys and reset browser settings.

Windows XP:

  1. Click Start.
  2. Control Panel.
  3. Then click Add or Remove Programs.
  4. Find Conduit Toolbar.
  5. Click Uninstall.

  5. Then as in Windows 7, click Uninstall a Program under Programs.
  6. Find Conduit Toolbar, select it and click Uninstall.

After that remove Conduit Toolbar from your browser.

Google Chrome:

  1. Open Google Chrome
  2. Type chrome://extensions/.
  3. Find Conduit Toolbar.
  4. Click the trash can icon to remove it.
  5. Also look for other suspicious extensions.

Resetting your browser search and homepage settings

  3. Click Show advanced settings.
  4. Go to Reset browser settings section.
  5. Click Reset browser settings.
