What is 360 Total Security?

360 Total Security is a fake program that resembles a genuine antivirus. As a usual antivirus 360 Total Security is able to run a full scan for detecting malware. However, there is where the positive features of 360 Total Security end. The scanning will end in showing notifications informing the user about numerous infections threatening the system. These messages are false and are displayed to scare the user and intimidate him/her to pay for the removal. It is apparent that you shouldn’t spend money on the program, it’s better to remove 360 Total Security instead.

  1. Thank you Aleksei Abalmasov!
I had performed all these steps and it was not work out well
    I mean I can’t fulfill the last item – to delete 360SANDBOX

  2. Hi,
1 This joker changes permissions – you are denied access so cannot delete it’s files
2 Because It is not listed in control panel – the delete option cannot be used
3 I have tried to nuke it with Regedit – no luck there either
4 I did try malwarebytes – it did identify it as a PuP but removal failed and since then, it has ignored it’s presence.
5 Far from removing 360, Spyhunter has whitelisted it and does absolutely nothing – why are you claiming it removes it when it does nothing at all?

I am going to transfer all other data to a transfer disc then format the HD

After I do get rid of it I am going to destroy the part of china that created this beast

  3. Please also note to editor and commenters – this assumes 32-bit Windows. In 64-bit Windows, you have to look under the WOW6432NODE for the registry breakdowns of the regeistry entries as well. I didn’t find any entries following the vanilla post, but I found a ton in the WOW6432NODE sub-areas following the same instructions
