  1. I have tried to remove this program several times. When you click ‘uninstall’ a dialog box opens saying that you nee to have all browser windows closed. Even if this dialog box is the only thing open, the program will not uninstall. I have checked my Chrome settings, and it is not set as an extension. Why won’t this program let me delete it?
