  1. i cant find it anywhere on the computer or in the add-ons/extensions. what can i do to get rid of the ads please help.

    • hi, you need to open “start” then “control panel” then “apperance and personalisation” then “folder options” , select the “view” tab, and click “show hidden files and folders and drives. the file will then be visible in this location. i just follwed the steps, get powered is gone! chrome on/off a few times
